Before founding Anna J Executive, I spent years working within real estate operations — understanding exactly what agents need, where most support models fall short, and what it actually takes to run a high-performing business backend with consistency and care.

I experienced firsthand what it means to be the person doing the work while someone else captures the majority of the value. I built Anna J Executive to correct that — to create a model where skilled operations professionals are paid well, treated professionally, equipped with modern tools, and given real room to grow.
